What We Cover



A. The plan covers call center technical support related to hardware faults of your product, mild operating instructions, how to connect with other devices etc.

B. The plan covers cost of labour /service charge, components/ Internal spare parts (which are standard to the product at the time of purchase) like main card (audio video card/mother card) SMPS (Power Supply) , Display panel, Speakers, Modem card etc. except those mention elsewhere in the document as not included. The parts replace will not be returned and will become Our property.
